Cancellation:

Clients have the right to cancel their services with Afford Value Web at any time.

Cancellation Process:

To initiate the cancellation process, clients must send an official letter of cancellation intend to our email affordvalueweb@gmail.com. We will then reply back to confirm the procedure and termination of your contract with us and all bills need to be settled accordingly.

No Refunds:

Please note that Afford Value Web does not issue refunds for cancelled services. All fees paid up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.

Effect of Cancellation:

Upon cancellation, clients will retain access to the services until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be incurred

Future Billing:

Future billing will be automatically discontinued after the cancellation is processed.

Outstanding Payments:

Clients remain responsible for any outstanding payments due up to the cancellation

Data Retention:

Afford Value Web retains the right to retain client data for a specified period after cancellation for administrative and legal purposes. Details on data retention can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Reinstatement of Services:

Clients can reinstate services at any time by contacting Afford Value Web. Reinstatement may be subject to current service availability and terms.

Modifications to the Cancellation Policy:

Afford Value Web reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
