Payment Structure

Website Set Up : RM 50

(Non Refundable. Deductible in the 2nd Monthly Fee)

Monthly Management Payment : RM 50 ( commence month 3rd)

( payable every renewal commencement date, failure to settle payment on the 7th day of invoice issuance, website will automatically terminate and a 7% penalty fee will be charge to reload the website online)

Yearly Business Hosting : RM 200 ( next billing date)

Note: Renewal Fees are due on the last month before renewal date.

Late Payment Penalties. : 7% ( after 7th day billing date)

Yearly Domain : FREE ( 1st year for extension .COM extension only)

(Subsequent Year subject to Domain Yearly Fee Subscription)

Payment Methods Accepted: Credit Card / Bank Transfer

Refund Policy : No Refund after completion of work

Confidentiality

• We safeguard all client information with strict confidentiality measures.

• Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request to ensure complete privacy and security.

Warranty and Support

• Terms of warranty for the project is base on yearly subscription.

• Post-launch support and maintenance terms.

Changes and Revisions

• Procedures for changes or revisions must be within the Timeline.

• Additional costs (for changes outside the original scope) : amount depends on changes.

Termination

• Conditions for contract termination : 1month before the expiry of the next subscription renewal

• Dispute resolution : Submit to affordvalueweb@gmail.com with proper supporting documents

Updates for Websites fee

• Free 1 time update per month (via email: affordvalueweb@gmail.com)

• Additional updates: RM 50 per transaction

• Support is unlimited during working hours

Ownership and Rights

• Intellectual Property Rights (the website, code, design, and content) is solely Web developer, unless images or content provided by the client.

• Client's rights and responsibilities regarding content and assets.
